When it comes to a good fillet knife, this 6" Fillet Knife by Messermeister will provide sharp clean cuts.  It is key for a good fillet knife to be thin and flexible.  Part of the Adventure Chef Series, this is manufactured with German steel to be razor-sharp with a 15-degree edge.  This knife works great for camping and on the go due to its folding design.  Messermeister uses barrel spaces to create an open frame design to allow water to flow through the handle making this knife easy to clean.  To ensure safety, this design features a liner lock system to keep the blade safely in place while in use.
