Shipping Policy

The Big BBQ Co. is proud to offer fast shipping and affordable prices. We offer free standard shipping on most orders over $29.00 excluding some BBQ Cooking Pellets, Sauces, and Marinades.  Due to the size and weight of these packages, additional shipping would be added at checkout.  

On all orders, if the cost is under $29.00, a standard shipping fee will be added to your order based on the items selected starting at $6.95.

Some products may have additional shipping added during checkout for items such as BBQ Pellets, BBQ Sauces, Hot Sauces, and Marinades.  

Shipping to other countries and states that require additional shipping from the carrier such as Guam, Puerto Rico, Alaska, Hawaii, and a few others will have additional shipping calculated during checkout.  

Order Tracking

Once the order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number to the email address provided during checkout. If you do not receive a tracking number or need to confirm the tracking information, please contact us at mailto:customerservice@thebigbbqco.com

Order Processing

Most orders are shipped out within one business day from the time of purchase. If the order is placed before 10:00 A.M. CST, most orders are shipped out the same day Monday-Friday. If 3 business days have passed since you submitted payment and you have not received a shipping update, please log into your account and check for tracking information or contact us via email or phone. Orders placed on Friday afternoon, Saturday, and Sunday are typically shipped out on the following Monday.

Shipping to Alternate Addresses

When the billing address and shipping address are different, The Big BBQ co. may take extra time to process the order due to our verification procedures. We do this to help protect our customers against online fraud. Please make sure that your contact information is accurate in the case we need to contact you.

Signature Required

The Big BBQ Co. may require a signature upon delivery. Any order that is $500.00 or more will require a signature. Please understand that we do this to ensure that the package is delivered safely. Many of our third-party carriers and payment companies require a signature upon delivery to help protect against fraud and theft. Please note that once the package shows delivered, The Big BBQ Co. cannot be held accountable for lost or stolen packages. It is the responsibility of the buyer to have orders shipped to a safe location or have someone available to receive the package. Other Shipping Information

Saturdays, Sundays, and National Holidays are not considered as business days for delivery or processing orders. Delivery estimates can vary, and we cannot control deliveries if they are delayed due to weather, a catastrophic event, or issues with an address (missing or inaccurate information).
