American Barbecue Pioneer, Roger Davidson, has been designing and manufacturing high-quality wood-burning barbecue smokers since 1989. Horizon's NEW 20” Icon Smoker includes a 2nd thermometer to the door, a Warming Tray to the top of the Fire Box, a thermometer cable port to the left of the door, a drop-in 20” convection plate, and they slightly lowered the smokestack closer to the grate level. The 20" Classic is the big brother to the 16" Classic, and is one of Horizon's most popular smokers. The large 20" diameter pipe offers 300 more square inches of cooking capacity than the 16" version. In addition, with the extra diameter, you have additional space to the top of your cooking chamber for taller food items. With its offset firebox and large cooking chamber, the 20" Classic Icon Smoker can easily cook for a small family or feed up to 70 people! The double-damper system makes it easy to regulate your temperature — from a low 160 degrees for slow smoking to 250 degrees for barbecuing, all the way up to 325 for grilling, this smoker can do it all!
