This knife set from Messermeister consists of an 8" Stealth Chef's Knife, 8" Scalloped Offset Knife, 7" Santoku Knife, 6" Utility Knife, 3.5" Paring Knife, and an Acacia Magnet Block.  These knives are made out of German 1.4116 stainless carbon alloy that helps to resist stains and corrosion.   This knife line is a one-piece, hot-drop hammer forged to produce the strongest blade from heel to tip.  The blades are heat treated and cooled to achieve a Rockwell of 57-58.

Care:

Hand wash with warm water and mild detergent, and then rinse and dry immediately.   Do no place these knives in the dishwasher and avoid cleaners that may contain bleach or citrus extracts.   You are able to oil the wood handle as need with food-safe mineral oil.
